Sherry-Lynn, I just noticed you had Dr. Schram!  He was my surgeon as well.  Does he have an office in Ypsi?  I know thats where I had my surgery, but I seen him at his Holland office on the West side of Michigan.  Where abouts in Canada do you live.....not far over the border?   Just wondering if you had a long trip to have the surgery with Dr. Schram.  To go to Ypsi takes me like 2.5 hours!

Yes he has an office in Ypsi, its the Mount Forest Hospital the Bariatric Clinic.  They only do these surgeries at this particular hospital, so if anything else is wrong not related to lapband or rny then you are out of luck...lol.  I live in Barrie, Ontario and it takes me 5.5 hrs from my door to the hospital.  Awesome Dr.  He even bought hubby breakfast the morning after my surgery.  What Dr does that?  LOL

i'm on birth control now,, go figure? Dr. told me 1 mo. of birth control... Ordered my IVF meds yesterday (4,300 dollars,, ouch) start meds Oct. 14th i****hink all mine are sub q.. then we have a butt load of a big bill for everything after all that (i think all together it's like 16, 000 dollars)  This better work!!!!!!!! sandy

Sandy:  Ya... the drugs are crazy expensive.  My ins rocks butt cuz it paid for most of it.  You should have some intramuscular shots (in the muscles above the butt.)  Those are with bigger needles and hurt more :-(  Good luck to you!
