Anyone else losing hair like crazy

OMG - they say it starts about 3 months after you give birth and I swear 3 months to the day my hair started falling out.  I am freaking out cause I starting losing hair about 3 months after my surgery and lost lots.  Got pregnant and stopped losing. Now I am losing AGAIN and its coming out it handfuls.  I am afraid if it keeps up at this pace I will be bald

When did your hair stop falling out?

I'm currently preggo, so my hair is staying put... for now. But with my 2 previous babies, I lost a TON of hair (starting at about 3 mos out)...like, handfuls. It clogged the shower drain! It got pretty thin. I think it lasted for about 6 months, but tapered off considerably during that time. It actually spurred me to get a shorter hair cut after both pregnancies, because long hair looks even thinner. But you won't be bald, don't worry. HTH :)

I've been complaining about this same thing girlie!  Mine is falling out in handfuls too every time I wash my hair, dry my hair...it's everywhere...I even cut it short and it's still falling out like crazy...thankfully I have thick hair and it's not noticeable, but I hope it stops soon cause it's driving me crazy!

I am so worried about this!!!!!  I lost sooooo much hair after my rny I thought I was going to be bald.  before my surgery I had really long and super thick hair. Now its really thin and horrible looking so I am afraid of what its going to look like after I have the baby so I have decided to go ahead and get it all cut off!! It will be the shortest I have ever had my hair in my life and I am feeling apprehensive about it but I can't do anything with it anyways!!!

I hear you ladies.  It SUCKS, but then I look at my son and it's all ok.  Funny how our priorities change

My daughter is 3 months old and my hair is falling out too, by the handfuls!!!  Its just awful!

Yah my daughter is only a week old and I have started loosing hair I read bf'ing moms do lose alot.

Holy sh*** it that is true then I would really be bald cause I am breastfeeding and it is coming out in piles........

My daughter is almost 4 months and I haev started loosing my hair and I am MAD as hell about it. I am going to try Biotin and see if it helps. At least I still have more hair than my husband lol

lol. true, but at this pace won't last long :(
