What were your symptoms before your missed period?

With my first pregnancy, I had just a tiny bit of nausea when I was 3 days late for my period, other than that, no symptoms at all, so I tested and found out I was pregnant. With my second pregnancy, my nipples were super sore, my belly was sensitive to the touch, and I spotted for 3 days, all 4 days before I expected my period, so I tested and found out I was pregnant and it showed postive.
Now, I am 7 days before my expected period and I spotted for the last 2 days, my belly is bloated and sensitive to the touch, I POS this morning and it was negative. What were ya'lls symptoms before you missed a period and when did you test and get a positive? The waiting game is driving me crazy.

I would wait a few more days to test (I, Karen am a POAS pusher, this I know but it's super early) with this one I only had a little cramping which I swore was my period.  Then about a day or two before my BFP i was SO tired I felt like I would die without a caffeine IV hooked up to me at all times.  With Sage I had every symptom in the book.  And this time I could literally feel my uterus at like 4 weeks pregnant poking out of my belly.  And when I went into the OB's at 5.5 weeks she could feel it too.  Good luck momma!

I know it was way to early to test, but I had a few dollar store tests and one expired 9/2011 so I took it.

With both my pregnancies, my breasts were SUPER sore for almost a week and a half before my missed period (I should mention that I ovulate early in my cycle).  However, I can't get a positive test until almost 5 days AFTER my missed period.  With my first I even had a negative blood test at 5 weeks, so a full week after I should have had my period (the date was actually confirmed by ultrasound).  Guess my body is just slow to get those hormones flowing.  Good luck!

That would so drive me insane if I had to wait that long to know for sure if I was pregnant or not. I did just start a completely new routine in my life, so I am wondering if that has something to do with my symptoms too. I guess it's just a matter of time before I find out for sure what's up. I just know that whatever is happening to my body right now that it's not normal for me.

I swear I had more symptoms in the months before I got preg!!  My only thing was my boobies hurt really bad, and I had BAD trapped gas!! Yikes! It felt like glass was scraping through my intestines. Never had that before (except right after surgery) so I knew something was up. I was 2 days late when I tested positive! Good luck for you if you are wanting a bfp!!  :)

Thanks! I know something is different this cycle, I'm just not sure if it's a pregnancy or something else. We'll see in time. I'd love to be pregnant again, but if it's not what's meant to be, then so be it.

I didn't have any sypmtoms before my missed period. I didn't have any symptoms until I was about 6 weeks, and then I only had symptoms for about 2 weeks. I'm now about 10.5 weeks with pretty much no symptoms at all. I would be worried except that I just heard the heartbeat on doppler on Wednesday!

I know waiting sucks, but hang in there!

I ovulated on the 4th...have had cramping since then. Headaches, very tired, hungry all the time and sore chest. My period should be here by the 20th. I tested the 14th and 15th and it was negative. I know most tests says 5 days before missed period soooooo I tried again on the 15 and it was positive. You probably just need to wait a tad longer to test. Good luck!!
