Congrats...I'm expecting # 4 as well......my first two babies are 11 months apart....I went in for my 4 month check up and SUPRISE....another baby was on the way.

With #3, and #4, we DTD ONE TIME and bam....pregnant both times!!

Wow!!!!  That's so exciting!  It took us forever to conceive our first (8 yrs).  I hope we don't have trouble getting the next one!!  I'm so excited for you!  Already thinking of S names!!!
