TTC list for 8/21/11
Happy Sunday to all the ladies TTC!
How was your week? Are there any new BFP's?
I started clomid on Friday and am feeling moody. I went camping/rafting this weekend and the heat affected me much more than usual. I was dizzy and even had a hyperventilating episode and had to take a break. I'm thinking that might have been related to the clomid. I felt very strange.
Tomorrow morning I am having an HSG test done. I am scared to death that it will show a problem with my left tube. Hopefully though I will get good news and feel some piece of mind.

Some common terms:
TTC – trying to conceive
BFP - big fat positive (positive pregnancy test)
BFN – big fat negative (negative pregnancy test)
CD – the day of your menstrual cycle
O – ovulation
DPO – days past ovulation
LP – luteal phase (time from ovulation to period)
AF – aunt flow ( your period)
PG – pregnant/pregnancy
MC - misscarriage
RE – reproductive endocrinologist
OPK – ovulation prediction kit
CL – coverline ( for those taking their temps to confirm ovulation)
Met – metformin or glucophage ( a diabetes medication sometimes taken to help hormone levels and ovulation)
BD – baby dancing ( having timed intercourse)
DTD – doing the deed
IUI – inter uterine insemination
IVF – in vitro fertilization
PCOS – polycystic ovarian syndrome
POAS – pee on a stick (taking a pregnancy test)
2WW – two week wait…time from ovulation until you can test for pg

Lapband 8/2007. Revised to VSG 10/2010.... 170 pounds lost!
Stuck here in the 2ww!!! Temps are good so far, resisting the urge to poas before the 26th. AF should or should not hopefully be here next weekend sometime. FX she stays away for a long long time
As for symptoms, so far my bb's just started to get tender in the nippy area, not really that bad yet, but that is a usual symptom of pms for me....LOL So not reading much into that one. Can't seem to pick anything else unordinary out at this time.

Hi there :) actually i show up on your list twice,, i'm the 1st sandy and the 3rd sandy, he he he.... On day 4 of 5 for Chlomid this month ,, i'm working a night shift,, and thinking i'm having a hot flash.. that's funny that you say you got so hot camping,, cause i think we're camping this coming weekend... hope i'm not a grumpster,, ha ha. i go in this friday to see how many eggies i have and then maybe consider an IUI on monday of tues. weee- ha :) Sandy
