Anyone else have a hard time losing weight after pregnancy?
I had a similar situation. I lost all but 8lbs by my 6 week check-up, but over the next 1.5 years I gained an additional 12lbs to put me 20lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight. I had to get strict with myself and limit the junk, drink lots and lots more water, make protein #1 priority and start exercising. I had a hard time eating breakfast, so I did a protein drink/shake instead and also had one after I worked out to help build lean muscle mass. I don' know if your nursing or not, but you want to make sure if you are that you don't cut your calories down significantly. Also, remember to choose "good carbs" over bad carbs when preparing meals or baking things!
