uterus ?

So I had my baby 4 months ago...I have had normal periods until this past one..I was a week late and it was heacy and lasted more than a week...my uterus feels swolen and hard and sore..like when I got pregnant....any ideas?  I do have PCOS...maybe a cyst????

I thought of that.....I got my AF last month a week late and it went on for a week and half. I had taken one when I was late and it was negative.....that was just in the past few weeks so since I got AF I figured I was safe...

That happened to me once and I'm about 95% sure it was a super early miscarrage. My period was a few days late and I took an HPT it was negative and then AF came and it was really heavy and lasted over a week. I also had more cramps and weird pains in the vaginal area during it. I don't know if that is a possibility for you or not, but that was my first thought. If you're still sore in a couple days, you should get checked out.
