How long does it take??

I didn't know that the edema in the pannus was normal! How long does that take to go away?? I can't wear any normal pants including maternity! I've been in cotton shorts. Any tips on how to help it go faster? I'm not worried about losing the weight, but just wearing clothes without camel toe!!

different for everyone. watch your fluids but you cant do that if your BF. control top undies or girdle panties...dont know how else to explain it...

I had to wear a girdle. It was horrible and if I had to walk around and shop anywhere it got worse. It took a few weeks for mine to really start to go away. It sucked. I feel your pain!

I so know what you're talking about! I had my little guy 6 months ago today and to be honest I still have swelling. I still have some numbness and tingling in that area as well, which I have heard is totally normal for quite some time. I have a pair of maternity shorts that I wear from time to time because it gives me extra support with the belly banding in it...hope it goes away soon for ya!
