Love and Support

Hello all:

Took a me break after the D&E.  Don't know if I want to try again.  I do have one who is the best boy ever.  I'm 42 and all the risks. But...

I did want to come back to post a great big round of support for those who got their BFP lately and those who are having safe healthy pregnancies.  its a wonderful feeling.

For those still getting BFN,  your time will come one way or another.  Hang in there.  This group of women can be pretty awesome while your going through your 2ww's and your POAS days.

Best wishes while you make your decision.  I know it's a hard decision to make...I'm a year ahead of you (43) and also have one (16 1/2 years old).  At this point in my TTC journey, I am trying to just keep it as 'If I get pg and it sticks, fine...if not, I can't complain (too loudly), b/c I've got one fantastic son.' You have to do what's best for you and your family...and it may take some time after the D&E to be able to make that decision.

Hope you're doing well.  I know what you mean about how hard it is to decide whether to try again or not.  I had my D&C in May, and am now in my 9th week of a new pregnancy!  Conceived 6 weeks after the D&C.  So far so good.  I'm terrified every day....  I've had 3 miscarriages... if this one doesn't work out.. I doubt I'll try again.  The fear and anxiety is killing me....  one the other hand I'm feeling very very blessed.

I wish you all the best with your decision as to try again or not...   Either way, take care!!!
