Cloth diapering help
My suggestion is to go with the sized prefolds! Check out http://www.little-lions.com/ and http://www.greenmountaindiapers.com/ they are both great! Good customer service and their seconds are always amazing! And again, econobums come in kits with the diapers and covers, they are GREAT for saving some money and rounding out a diaper stash.
This is a place that is local for me, and her website has been extremely helpful in cloth diapering 101 for me. I'm choosing disposable for the first 3 months or so, and then will switch over to cloth.

Are the 2 most recommended by my friends that have cloth diapered all of their kiddos within the last 2 years.
I'd definitely recommend getting the toilet attachment so you can hose off the liners in the toilet easier, and not have to worry about soiled diapers.
From what I've read, and been told by my girlfriends, finding the right liner, inserts and/or doublers can be tricky especially for babies with sensitive skin. There's so many different types so maybe check with a local Facebook cloth diapering group, or cloth diapering services are still around if you live in a bigger area.
I'm a pretty extreme couponer/price matcher so I'm scoring diapers pretty inexpensive at this point, and that is why I'm choosing disposable at this time.
