Question to the ladies with a skin "apron" left over from surgery
I never made it to goal but I definitely still had a flap of skin/tissue from the weight I did lose. My bump is nice and rounded at the top and started to fill in some of the flap but its still there. I don't like it but I'm 36 weeks now and I'm used to it. I started getting a bump and "looking" pregnant around 25 weeks maybe

I've learned that you can still look like a fabulous pregnant mamma...round belly and all....as long as you wear clothes that de-emphasize the lower flap. My upper tummy is super round and pregnant looking so I will either wear full panel shorts with a maternity top that gathers right under the boobs, or even a dress with that emphasizes the top belly and doesn't touch the lower yuck yuck lol.
People say I look great and you'd never know.

I agree 100%. . . I have a few maternity tops that kind of billow out, and over my stomach which makes me just look fat again. I prefer to wear more form fitting tanks with a little over shirt, or shrug. When I wear the regular maternity shirts, I look super round and not really pregnant. More like just a really round girl wearing an empire waisted top/dress.
