I actaully planned it today to see ovulation...

It could be possible the egg will still drop. Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers! I know wls helps with the symptoms of PCOS but I dont think it cures it completely.

Don't give up Cheri! You can still ovulate despite the cysts. I don't think it matters very much at all what your ovaries look like (from previous reading and research.) Us PCOS girls need to stick together, you said it yourself! I'm rooting for ya :)
