The nightmare should be over now.
::hugs:: There are not enough words to express how sorry I am that you had to go through such an experience. Take time to rest and take care of yourself. I hope you have good people around you to help you. Remember you will go through lots of emotions and they will be normal. If you feel mad then be mad. If you feel sad then be sad. I wish you healing and when the time is right that BFP.

That is a lot of hope! Thank you for sharing! I know its possible, just haven't heard many stories of people who have actually gone through it. I'm sorry you had to go through a rupture. My pain was getting really bad prior to surgery... I can't imagine how much more it would have hurt had it actually ruptured!
Thanks again for the hope :)

My initial reply would have been longer but Miss Jaelyn has been SO fussy lately I didn't have much time LOL
When I had my ectopic it was right after my wedding (honeymoon baby), and I was only about 7 weeks when the pain started. The bleeding for me was worse than the pain. I went to ER and they told me thy couldn't see even a sac, so that I was probably miscarrying. They sent me home, told me to come back if pain worsened. It took FOUR days of me going in with severe pain and heavy bleeding. Finally my husband threw a fit, literally, in the middle of nurses station. He demanded they call an OB and consult them. Two minutes later we hear the OB rushing in and yelling why didn't someone call him sooner. He whisked me back for surgery, and the tube ruptured the moment he got in with his camera (thank GOD I was already asleep!). He told me I would have a 10% chance of a successful pregnancy based on my previous history and loss of the tube. Exactly to the date one year later I got pregnant with my oldest daughter. Then again two years later with Jaelyn :) It can happen and I pray you have simila results!!

WOW! How terrible! I am sorry you had to go through that much pain before they figured it out! Luckily for me my doctor was on the ball and I already knew it was ectopic, I just didn't know that the methotrexate wasn't working. They caught mine before it ruptured but it was very close. I can't imagine the pain of going through a rupture. I only went for one afternoon with bad pain and bleeding. Thank God. It sucks that they had to take my whole tube though. The dr. said its for the best because it was so stretched out and ruined that another ectopic would have been very likely that tube again. I hope that my left tube is good. He said it looks good, but it wasn't tested or anything.
Thanks for the story. I hope baby Jaelyn is doing as well as possible!
