I'm so sorry you are ging through this very difficult experience. Be gentle with yourself and know that there was nothing you did to cause this, nor was there anything you could have done to prevent it. I will crossing my fingers that you will have a super sticky, super healthy BFP as soon as you're ready to give it another go.

I'm so sorry.  My miscarriage was a missed miscarriage as well.  I went for my first ultrasound thinking I was 9 weeks only to find out that the baby stopped growing at 6 weeks.

Even though, like you,  I had absolutely no miscarriage symptoms up to that point, my body responded the night of the ultrasound and began the process.  That's when I started to really believe in the mind/body connection.  As soon as my brain knew it was over, my body responded.  I ended up miscarrying naturally without any medical intervention.  I hope that you're able to wait a couple of days and see if your body can take care of this on it's own and avoid the additional trauma of a D&E.

The good news was as soon as I felt emotionally ready to really try again, it only took me 2 months to conceive and that was after trying for 6 years the first time.

Hang in there...I know how difficult it is.
