Today I had my ultrasound and it showed I have a missed miscarriage and will need to have a D&E in the next few days. I'm hanging in there but obviously sad for the loss.

Oh my word!! I am so sorry for your loss.... I'm sure going through that is very hard. I am def praying for you and your family and I also pray that you get another BFP as soon as you want it....stay strong friend!
