Vitamins for increasing sperm production???
I know that this has been asked before, but I can seem to find the post about it- but what vitamins are the best for increasing sperm production? I want all the swimmers he can give me!
I got a BFN on Saturday and AF showed up very early Sunday morning. I was kinda depressed and even cried over it- I really thought that this was our month for a BFP.

As far as increase in sperm I'm not sure; I've recently been on babymed.com they have some good info and sell various pills for both sexes that is supposed to aid in increased fertility. Not sure if it works but that is what the pills claim. Good Luck to you.
