Tips to stop grazing
Ladies,
I just need help/tips/encouragement/tricks of the trade to break a terrible grazing habit. I know we are supposed to have 3 meals and 2 snacks but I get so hungry and weak if I am not eating more often than that. I am pretty certain it is due to the reactive hypoglycemia. But it is causing my weight to climb too much, my arms and legs are looking chunky as is my butt so I know this isn't all baby. Do I need more fat/protein/water?
Thanks in advance!

I hate grazing! I still do it. I have no idea how to really control it except to just tell yourself when you start to stop an dchange your mind. Of course, I rarely do that but, I really think that's the only way. You could get creative and offer yourself a reward if you can go so many days without grazing. I think with the nature of WLS grazing becomesso natural because for so long we could not eat hardly anything at a time. Best of luck!
