10 days to find out sex!!... 17 weeks with pics! :)

Hey ladies!

I havent been here for a while it seems!! Anyways everything is going great, I am so excited, we sold our house and will be moving into my parents house by July 18th (they are living in Shreveport, my dad is a pastor)!! YAY!! My mom said I can paint the nursery (well, hubby can since I was forbidden to be in the room) and I have my colors all picked out! I am not going with traditional pink or blue. I like to be creative!  :)

This week (17) my baby is growing his/her fingernails and toenails, and his/her soft cartilige is turning into hard bone! He/she is a little over 5 inches long now!  I think I feel movement, but could be gas..... 

I find out next week (Friday) what my baby's sex is!!!  I want a girl so bad, but I have a feeling that its a boy. They say that when its a boy your belly goes outward and when its a girl your belly goes to the sides....well my belly is popping OUT!! (pics below)   I also havent gained any weight at all since getting preg. I gain 3 pounds then the next week I lose it. Is that okay?????

Aww thanks!! I did word it all wrong, but I meant that my parents have a house here in Killeen that they still own and we are moving in!  They live in Shreveport right now. I'm def not leaving TX!!  :)

Don't worry about the weight.  I lost weight the 1st trimester.  Now, I'm up 16lbs, but I don't gain a little bit at a time, it comes at once!  I gained 4lbs last month the day before my OB appointment.  I stayed the same weight until 2 days ago, and gained 6lbs.  No water retention or changes in clothes sizes, just all baby bump.  I hope this means she's getting bigger.  She measured small at my anatomy scan.

I had all the tale tale signs of a boy but it turned out to be a girl.  A very active girl!

Hey Girl!  Congrats on selling the house. Hope ur move goes smoothly and let DH do all the work.  You get to sit back and point... that goes there... a little to the left... higher... yeah... all the fun stuff!  My bestie moved when she was in her 3rd trimester... it was so much easier on her with the that goes there stuff.  LOL.  17 wks already?  wowie has time flown by!  ur bump is super cute.  You def need to post pics of the nursery once its all done.

You look adorable! Orange is a great color on you! Hmmm, orange could be a great nursery color for a girl, that would be different than the traditional pink. Hope you get your girl, but if not, it'll be fun trying to find cute boy clothes too I'm sure (not that I know, I have two girls). Can't wait to hear for sure!

        We so  cant wait to find out what we are having to as July 11 is the big day for us and everyone saying it a boy but i really dont care at this point i just want a happy and health baby .. i have pick out the paint color but was told i could not paint my self lol so i know how you feel there but it ok as hubby did it on sunday while i was out shopping for a few things and it looks awsome i went with a light Green color as we are going winnie the pooh as it will go for eather girl or boy !!!
