Going back to work SUCKS

Today was my first day back to work since baby Ryan was born.  It sucked big time.  I feel like I am giong to miss out on so much of his life not being with him all day.  Wish I lived in Canada where you have 1 whole year off of work after baby.

that is the part I am dreading...makes me hate my job knowing i'm away from even my 2 year old still!!!

it really does suck! I am happy that I am only part time though. It still does not make it any better!

I am dreading it already and i'm just pregnant! I'm hoping to be able to find a WAH job in my field early next year and transition into that, or at least a 2nd shift one that doesn't require much daycare. I'm in Healthcare Admin/Informatics so it's feasible.

It always sucks going back! With my twins though, some days I am happy to go to work. It's less work there, if you know what I mean. But I really struggled with my first pregnancy and had a lot of resentment for not being Canadian too! Really. 6 weeks? What man thought that up? It was obviously a man who has never had a baby. But, keep your chin up. It's better to have the resources to get your son what he needs (diapers, clothes) than not. That's how I try to look at it. I've been in both places. Just take it one day at a time.
