First L&D trip last night
Well last night I had a little panic. I had literally just gone pee, and went and did something in the nursery after then uncontrollably started to *pee* myself....I ran to the bathroom, it was a very liquidy clear/white substance, I was thinking ok...is this amniotic fluid? Never had that happen before last night. So into the hospital we went, very fast, had us in a bed in about 2 minutes, hooked me up to monitors for about 40 minutes and monitored the baby (who was kicking the hell outta me the whole time!!!) Then the Dr. came in and took a swab to make sure it wasn't amniotic fluid, and it wasn't. It just turns out to be really watery discharge. Better to be safe than sorry though!!!! The whole experience though was very nice, relaxing, ladies were all very nice. I am hoping to get the same when it's the actual time. Any other experience there hasn't been that great. Anyone else experience that kind of stuff? I googled it and it seems to be pretty common.
