Baby Austin Is Here-Birth Story

Baby Austin arrived via scheduled c-section at 3:50pm on Friday the 17th(My Gramma's Birthday) weighing in at 8 lbs 12 oz and 20 3/4 inches long...I was scheduled for 9am but my dr's office failed to inform me of my c-section instructions and since it had been so long from my previous c-section (9yrs) I was up at 4:30am and thought it might be okay to eat a little something-WRONG..when they asked me when the last time I ate was and I told them 4:30, they said I had to wait at least 6 hrs to have my c-section...so I laid in the hospital bed for 8 hrs having real contractions until it was time for my section to start at 3pm...everything after that went fine and I am SO IN LOVE with my sweet boy...he's so quiet and nurses like a champ!! He's such a good baby and I am so blessed to finally have him in my arms!! We got to come home today on Father's Day which couldn't make my husband any more happy :-) Here are some pics!

Awwwww...... he is so amazing. Congrats. I am happy to hear that he is nursing makes me really excited. 19 weeks tomorrow and I'm eating pretty healthy now. Thanks again for your imput.
