Baby update and I love when I'm right.

Ok so I’m not one of those 28 day cycle kinda gals. So when I told the ob/gyn my first day of my last period she plugged in the number and said.. oh ok you are due on 1/12. I said, I don’t think so I think I’m due later cause I am a longer cycle. She then let me know because of my age that they would not let me go past my due date. Ok I’m fine with that but you need to get an accurate due date. I disagree with 1/12 and that’s  knocking time off me being able to try and at least let the little one come on its own. So… today I had an ultrasound for a more accurate due date. Yep they guessed I was 10 weeks and in actuality I was correct and am a little over 8 weeks. Which means they need to change my due date to about 1/21. J Oh and we have arm and leg buds and a nice heartbeat. Woot.

Congrats! and yea I have a 36-38 day cycle.  With Sage they told me I was 9 weeks, 2 days along, and I knew I was only 7 weeks and 2 days.   So the US proved me right! lol.

yes I'm thinking its going to be a boy or a girl.

Austin says its a girl.  I hope another boy but will be happy with whatever.

guess I'll know in about 3 months.

Congrats on the pregnancy!  I like to be right also, however today I'm wishing I was wrong (or the ultrasounds were wrong).  My first due date (according to LMP) would be today the 15th.   However both ultrasounds I had said I was measuring about 2 weeks late so my new due date is June 28th.   I so wi**** was today though!!
