Anyone not want to poas?

I have been having the sore bbs and tight pants. Some heartburn in mornings. No period sense getting off bc.but no desire to poas. Any opinions? I'm wanting to just wait until my fertility appt Friday. 

I had no period from dec-April with my last daughter and one day out of the blue April 26th to be exact I though wth I will take a test. I did and bam
+!! My OB was like u are one of the crazy ones that "O'ed" with no periods and got pregnant. So anything is possible.
