OUCH!!! PP AF roars it's ugly head!

So, YA- I finally am feeling better in the headcold deaprtment, but YIKES! I got first PP AF and ya- OUCH!!! I'm so glad I didn't use all my Percs after my C-section and have a few left. My goodness! I'm 14 weeks out and this is by far the WORST!!! It feels like someone has and is gutting my from the inside out! The cramps are through the roof and the clots and bleeding are horrific!!!

Is the same thing everyone else experienced??? I pray this doesn't last an entire 7 days or more cus this is ROUGH!! How long did it last typically for you ladies??

Also, Landen has finally started feeling better. Tonight before bed he took an entire 7ozs. He's still only been taking 4.5-5oz bottles, but I guess his appetite got the best of him tonight. That makes Mommy happy!! We went to the dr last week and at 3 months he weighed in at 12lbs and was 24 inches- def no short legs for my little guy :) Need to update photos- hopefully soon!! :)

your first one sounds like mine. The bleeding lasted for about 7 days but the cramping subsided about day 3. i hope it gets better. Landon is getting big. He's eating more than Hazel. Can't wait to see pics. Get better soon

My first PP AF was Horrid!  It hurt soooo bad and like you had major clots.  I had a vaginal birth not a c-section, but I do feel your pain!  It was by far the worst I have ever had!  I went on NuvaRing after birth and i don't really care for it to much, but I don't like the pill at all!  Our insurance wouldn't cover an IUD, so I have just stuck with it for the time being!  It  has really helped with the periods though!  I do the 4 periods a year thing on it.  My periods are like 2-3 days Max and all I need is a panty liner...it is only like a few drops at a time.  I haven't used a regular pad or tampon in 2 1/2 years!   (Once in a while I get a little break through bleeding but still nothing more then I would get normally and it is random!)  Hope you feel better soon!!!!

Glad the headcold has subsided.  But so sorry ur 1st pp af is such a bear.  I hear that's pretty standard. 

Yes It was for me. My first period started when my baby girl was 10 weeks old. It was so painful I had to call my OB and he gave me Tylenol # 3's. I was also passing large blood clots. It did last 7 days. I have had a period every month since then and they are no longer painful after that first one. I did have VERY painful periods before pregnancy because of my PCOS but now no pain. So I guess pregnancy helped that! I feel for you! It will be over before you know it and then hopefully you won't have anymore painful periods also. Call your OB if you need to!
