Pregnancy or Stomach Bug???

So I'll POAS on Thursday, but, I'd like everyone's input.

For the past week I've been so nausous 5 out of 7 days.  I've lost over 2lbs. 
I've never been able to vomit since surgery (except the one time food got stuck). Instead things come out the other end.  This morning, just thinking about food makes me sick to my stomach.  I'm sipping on a protien, chai blended tea.  And I've been to the bathroom numerous times already.

I never had morning sickness with my son (before WLS). 

What have everyone's experiences with morning sickness been post-WLS?

With my twins, pre-WLS, I had zero morning sickness.

with my post-WLS pregnancy, I was SICK for the entire first trimester. I actually made a post about it, thinking it was due to my tiny VSG tummy, but other VSG mamas commented they all had different experiences with morning sickness.

Due to my work schedule and what I do I will end up having to POAS tomorrow.  I have a procedure to audit that involves radiology so I need to check to see if I can be in the room or if I need to find someone else to audit at a different date.  I'll keep you all posted.
