Working Moms with little ones...
Where do you fit in exercise? OK formal exercise, not just chasing your toddler! lol Here's my typical day...
Wake up 5:15am
leave for work 5:30 am
wor****il 4 (1/2 hour for lunch)
1 1/2 drive home - I get home around 5:30 if I don't have any errands.
make dinner, spend time with Mia
bath, bottle, bed for Mia around 7:30
Clean up from dinner, pack lunch, straighten up
shower and bed around 9.
I've been trying to walk with Mia everynight that it isn't raining after dinner because she loves to be outside. My 74 year old grandmother watches Mia and has a 40 minute drive home so stopping at a gym then isn't really an option. I am someone who needs my sleep so getting up earlier really isn't an option either - my hands are tied! Ugh!
I guess I could start walking on my lunch breaks again too.

My routine -
5:00 am wake up, hair, make up...

5:40 pack diaper bag... essentials
6:00 out the door to the sitters, drop Hales off by 6:30.
7:00 get to work
11:30 lunch (walk with coworkers, depends on weather)
4:00 off work, heading to get Hales...
5:00 home, D has dinner usually done... we eat.
6:00 Walk with Hales or play outside
7:00 Bath time
7:30 book
8:00 Bed
8:30 work out with home videos and in bed by 9:00-9:30
and when I go somewhere I park the furtherst away so that I'm getting in more exercise.

I invested in a jogging stroller and take Blake with me. We do a 4mi circuit four times a week- M/W/F and one day on the weekend depending on the activities going on. He loves to be outside and the movement of the stroller usually lulls him to sleep.

i was impressed with the get ready in 15 so early... i can get ready fast, its just getting out of the bed. but tbh i work from 10-6 and my husband goes to work at 8 in which he drops our son off. so i wake up around 7:30 with them to help get them set on their day then i clean up and fix our lunches. due to my husband's car being out of commision right now he comes home on his lunch to take me to work. but i get to workout anytime between 730 to 915.
i was thinking lunch break is probably the best time for you, and if you get any breaks at work during the day even if it is just 15 minutes you could probably get some walking in then.
Taking your daughter out for a walk with you if weather permits sounds wonderful too, you may be able to find or start a mommy and me workout with neighbors or friends.
Good luck
