Exercise Question

So I've read I can continue to run (till I just can't LOL)  But I was also told not to overheat.

What the heck does that mean?  Exercising always gets me sweaty and heated.

Any guidelines your doctors gave you?

thanks in advance

I had started a combat fitness class...very intense cardio for 45 minutes about 2 months prior to getting pregnant. My OB told me that I could continue but as long as I knew that I had to pace myself and if I got tired I had to slow down..I continued the class until 2 weeks prior to having my c section and the only reason I stopped was my blood pressure got high..

The only thing I remember was my dr. saying to keep my heart rate down...I'm sorry I can't remember the exact figure. It was a percentage of my resting HR. I run as well. I can't remember because I quite running shortly after I got pregnant which may be why I have 30lbs to lose now.
