Hello!

I visited this board when I first conceived but there was not much activity, so I was so excited to come back and see this board jumping. I'll be 28 weeks tomorrow and I am due to have my Baby Boy on Aug. 10, 2011. This is my very 1st baby and I thought it would never happen. I had the DS on Jan 4, 2010 and found out I was pregnant approx 10 months after. My pregnancy has been a great experience. No morning sickness, labs look great and bc of the WLS I see a Perinatologist every 4 weeks for sonograms as well as my OB. I am blessed to have a Perinatologist who is familiar with WLS patients and my baby is growing like a weed actually above schedule. I actually lost 28lbs my 1st trimester and have gained back 10 lbs so the OB is happy with that. I am a member of other pregnancy forums but I am so happy to see u all here bc we all can identify with each other.

Glad to hear everything is going so well with you and the baby! My specialist sent me for extra u/s to check baby's weight as well.

I am counting the days to my induction and looking for signs he might come sooner! I am so ready to just hold my baby boy in my arms.

I know the feeling, I am having a baby boy as well. Have u picked a name yet?

Welcome and congrats.  I'm glad your pregnancy is going so smoothly.  Keep coming here and feel free to join in whenever you feel like it.  There are times when it'll get a little slow (especially around holidays), but most of the time, there are quite a few people around.
