Can someone look at this list and tell me if I need to add anything?

So I just found out we are prenant.  We are thrilled but i want to check what you ladies think of my vitamins.  I am taking an over the counter prenatal once a day, 60mg of calcium, b-12 sublingual and a b-12 shot every other month.

I know every doctor is different but my Calcium is MUCH higher than yours.  You state you only take 60mg a day?  Did you mean 600?

I personally take about 1500 mg of Calcium a day.

And the doctors just asked me to add DHA.

Hope that helps.

There are a bunch more ladies here that are more knowledgeable about the vits but here is what I take.

prenatal
400mcg of folic acid
500mcg b-12 sublingual
additional mulit-vitamin
D3 (my vit d is low)
1500 mg of calcium split into 500mg doses throughout the day
50mg of iron a day

I think that you need to check what kind of calcium you are taking.  We can only absorbe calcium citrate and you really should be taking at least 1500mg a day of that.  You should probably add in folic acid if you are not taking any.  You should also have a complete lab drawn to see where your vit levels are to see if you need to add anything else (like I had to with the vit D).  Also most of us (not all) take more than one mulit vitamin a day so you may need to add another one in.
