I just came back from the fertility doc again.  US and physical done this am.  Everything looks really good!    She found my uterus and both ovaries looks great and I have 14 follicles... she likes to see at least 10 so she's really happy with that.  Clomid 100mg starts tomorrow!  Poor Jill! LOL  Good for her that I'll be out in Vegas this weekend for the WLSFA convention for days 2-4 of Clomid (she still gets me for days 1 & 5.)

Next step... Emo craziness (a la clomid), starting AI's on Sun 5/22 for 4-5 days and another US on Mon 5/23.

My folks are coming back into town for a week starting on memorial day... last day they will be here will prolly be my POAS day!  How fun!

Come on babies!  Da Mommas are ready for you!

Karen: we actually used 4 donors last time.  We're definitely using 2 of them this cycle and possibly a 3rd one just due to scheduling.  But yes, all 2-3 of them we've used before and have donor agreements in place with all of them.

So when you conceive you wont know who the actual father is, it could be a couple of people?  Is that the point of having a few?  sorry I just have no clue about this stuff lol

Correct... we won't know who the biological father will be.  That's not actually the point.  The reasoning behind using multiple donors is because I can ovulate anywhere between CD14-18.  That's a really big window and to ensure that we get the timing right, we need to plan on inseminating on CD13-17... that's 5 days!  Our favorite local donor will only donate to us a maximum of 3 days (if he's available.)  Our other favorite donor will ship the goods to us from TX.  It costs us about $150 for each shipment (cost of the kit and the shipping charges.)  So we'll probably only get 2 shipment of "goods" from him this cycle.  So you see, we are dealing with a 5 day span, scheduling, and cost.  That's the real reason behind multiple donors.

My fert doc says that I'll be getting more spermies than most women who inseminate or do it the "straighty conventional" way LOL.  We're just that committed!

Good luck!  Everyone's different on Clomid.  A lot of people say they get moody...I didn't notice a bit of difference when I took it.
