Lurker asking a question...

I read Jen's post about the birth of her twins Bethany & Grace and the tragic loss of Bethany and that Grace is being monitored. I know she posted her facebook ID to those who wanted to keep up with the news of her and the girls. I don't know her well enough to approach her on facebook but I have been thinking about her a lot over the last few days. She and I have something in common, the premature birth of twins. Sadly, my twins, Jeremy and Jessica, were stillborn.

If you have news that you can share, could you please update. And let her know that a mom in Utah is thinking about her and praying for her and her family.

Baby Grace is still hanging on, and Jennifer is leaving the hospital tomorrow I believe...

Thank you for letting us know Nikki!  I am happy to hear that they have kept Jen in hospital too - such a shocking halt to her pregnancy must be more than overwhelming.  Little Bethanie is always on my mind and I am so glad to hear thay Baby Grace is fighting her way to health.

I don't know Jennifer either, but added her to my facebook yesterday because I wanted to see how her and the baby were doing!  I'm sure she would be more than willing to add you as a friend!  I just left her a note when I added her to let her know that I knew her from this site and wanted to follow her story!  The baby had a good day yesterday and Jennifer is supposed to be released today.  Here is a note I got from her yesterday:

She's doing good its day by day today was a great day we have over come a few scary things at one point doctors didn't think she would make it but we have lots of faith....she's amazing grace.I get scared every time doctor walks in.

As for myself here in hospital 10 days now I should be gooing home tomorrow.I had fever that wouldn't go away well grace had it so they checked me to and we had ecoli that's why my water broke it was in my birthing canal all women carry it mine just happen to take course.

If you find her on fb, I'm sure she'd friend you if you asked so you can be up to date. It might help her to have someone who's been through a similar situation reach out.  I can only imagine (probably not very well) the roller coaster her emotions are on right now, having lost one baby and fighting for the other's life. 

[[hugs]] to you also for your loss.  I have had multiple miscarriages but no still births...but my heart aches for anyone who has to go through that.
