Kohls Commercial Freaks Me Out

Ok.  So I've been watching a lot of TLC lately  Mostly because I am home, bored out of my skull, and the fluff on TLC just makes me laugh sometimes. 

Anyway, has anyone seen the Daniel/Danielle commerical for Kohls?  The one that shows the new mother doting all of the pinkness on her daughter Danielle and then explains that "thank goodess she bought all of her stuff at Kohls, because Danielle was supposed to be Daniel."

At 20 weeks, we were told at the morphology ultrasound that we are expecting a boy.  We saw his boyness on screen. Well, not his penis, but his testes or whatever they are called in utero.  But the technician said, "do you want to know the sex?"  We said "yes," and she told us to look at the screen and see that he is male.  How often are these ultrasounds wrong? 

I've bought a lot of little blue sleepers in the last few weeks and have registered for a lot of baby blue nursery stuff.  Should I hold off?

LOL I've seen it.  And I know quite a few people whose US's were wrong, but most of them have been right.  Maybe get a 3-d us to be sure

Oh jeez.  I guess I am relying far too much on technology!  I guess little girls can wear blue too, I will just have to make sure that feminine touches can be added to the nursery.

I make them check everytime I go to the U/S.. which is often for me. So monthly they tell me ..Yes he is still a boy. They even drew a line outlining his boy bits and put a smiley. How often are you having U/S? If you go again I would just have them check it again. If you are all done with them then get the gender check at the U/S 3d places.

I am sure that outlined drawing with the outline will be a big hit at your boy's wedding!! LOL

Well, at our 20 week ultrasound we were told that the baby is a girl.  Saw 3 lines and everything.  I just had an ultrasound 2 weeks ago and the tech was like, "Umm, I'm not seeing girl parts."  We saw the whole package.  The baby is actually a boy.  So needless to say, most of the clothes we bought will have to be exchanged.  Luckily I kept the tags on.  We are getting another ultrasound on Monday and I am going to have them check again to make sure, lol.

 I think the error usually goes the other way.. they think its a girl, but its a boy.. But I have heard tale of both errors :)

Ok.  So another ultrasound may be in order for sure.  All of my instincts say he is a boy and always have - but my ever insecure, pregnant mind wants to know for sure!!

I really will be happy with either Junior or Junior-ette, but I am such a "need to know" person that I just need to know!!
