Stabbing pain in pouch and throwing up?

Now that I'm close to the end of my pregnancy, for the past two days, I've noticed that if I eat even a tiny bit too much food, I get a stabbing pain in my pouch and have to throw up...has anyone else experienced this?  I wonder if it's just because the baby is taking up so much room now and my pouch cannot handle as much food, or what?

I dont have a pouch but I have noticed I have the same problem with my sleeve. I also had to be careful in the beginning that the hormones didn't make me over eat or i'd get sick once my restriction kicked in with a vengance.

Besides getting sick I also can't breathe most often right after I eat for like an hour or more.

That's the same way I feel too right after I eat....I guess I'm going to have cut back on my portions and not over eat unless I want to be hurting and puking :-(
