Filthy Friday anyone?

does anyone have a rant today??? 
the board has been super quiet this week, hope all you ladies are doing well.

my rant:
Having a husband that works for DOC (Department of Corrections).  He might as well be married to the DOC...he spends more time at work with those inmates then at home with me...and to make it worse, lately he's been working spilt shift so he's there from 2pm to 2am.  We are literally just room mates...our "time together" consists of a quick "hello" in passing.  I'm fed up and miss my husband.  Its tough being married to a CO, but I guess I knew that going into it...till dealth do us part, or until I burn down the jail haha!

 My only rant is that I am not feeling attracted to my DH at all...could care less about whether we have any intimate time together. Don't know if this is normal throughout pregnancy or not? I myself feel attractive but it's like he turns me off completely...Not sure whats going on there!

Will your hubby be taking any time off when the baby comes? We are the opposite here. My husband has his own business and with me having lost my job(long story but they found out i was pregnant)  we have been working together. So we are together 24/7...

Do you have any friends or family to fill your time?...I find if your busy you don't think about it. Hopefully he can take some holiday time or somehting when your little one comes and spend some time with you.

 He'll probably only be taking a couple days off. I am thinking my work/sleeping patterns are screwing around with me. I work nights, and I'm always tired, and it's not helping that he's being annoying lol. Everything he says is *annoying* me, everything he does....oh boy lol

My rant- my MIL is a fricking idiot.  For Sage's first birthday party (pics coming soon), I spent 50 dollars on a cold cut platter.  I assembled it the night before rolling all the meat and arranging the cheese.... Well... on the party day, she made DH put the tray (which was a very sturdy hard plastic tray) on top of some flimsy piece of **** bamboo tray and made FIL take it outside.  Well the stupid bamboo thing fell through and EVERY piece of meat and cheese fell on the front step.  She tried to "salvage" a few but it looked like **** and I was pissed.

To make this worse, after all it was an "accident"  I started crying, and she was like, "O it's not big deal, we have plenty of food"  TOTALLY NOT THE POINT.  then it was "O well nothing we can do about it now."

She apologizes about stupid **** but has yet to apologize about this.  DH was pissed off at her too and I basically ignored her the rest of the time.  Then the other day she gave DH 50 bucks for the cold cuts but never apologized.  The money wasn't the point, she basically dismissed my feelings and the one really big thing I did for my daughters first birthday was ruined.

My rant:

I'm still sick and its getting worse.  The doctor put me on a new med this week while I was the ER.  Its getting to the point where I can't function.  I'm trying to work but its so hard.  I have to leave early everyday.  Yesterday, I almost passed out again.  I didn't go in today cause I felt like total crap.  I'm trying to stay positive.  I only have 5 more weeks before summer vacation.
