How long for pp period??

Hey ladies! I was just curious, but I had my C-section almost 8 weeks ago, but haven't had any bleeding for about the last 5 weeks. I had my tubes tied and have never had a regular period. I'm thinking I may have to go back on birth control every 3rd monthin order to regulate my period again, which I really didn't want to do. How long was it after baby was born that your period returned? I am not breastfeeding as I know that sometimes plays a role in it...Thanks ladies!

I only nursed my son for the 2 weeks and it took 11 1/2 weeks for me to get the first one PP. I do have to say it was also the worst one I have ever had to! It was the heaviest/longest one I have ever had. I think it more than made up up for not having one so long!

It could be another few weeks. I know myself, I was starting to wonder at the point you were. Hopefully, you can get moved and settled before she rears her head!

P.S...mine was also a C-Section.

Thanks Debbie! I sure hope so too cus having a 2 month old with his shots the day before the move will for sure be stressful enough. I was hoping to have it out of the way by now, but guess my body says otherwise! Booo.  I nursed for 2 days after he was born and it went down hill from there. Thanks again and looks like I'll be waiting just a little bit longer.....ugh

i had my first a 5 weeks pp now i'm wating for the second so i can get my iud it has no sighn of comming and im now 10 weeks pp
