Hi Everyone,
My husband and I have finally decided on a first name and its one that came out of nowhere. This is how it happened:
I was thinking of first names, as I do everyday, and the name Ryan came to me. I know its a common name, but for some reason it really stuck with me. When my husband got home from work that day, I asked him what he thought of the name Ryan and he said: " are you kidding me?" So I am thinking ok he does not like that name............he then says I was thinking of that name while driving home from work today. We instantly knew that was the name for our son.
Now, we are trying to decide on a middle name and have been going back and forth between:
Ryan Jordan and Ryan Alan....
Now some of you may think I am crazy (actually I probably am) but I name powered both middle names along with the first name and Ryan Jordan has a much better "description." My husband does not believe in this sort of thing and doesn't think it should be a factor in our decision, but i just can't ignore it.
What do you think of the 2 choices and do you think I am nuts letting a computer program influence my decision?

I think stories like that are sometimes the best way to come up with a name! With my second, the ENTIRE pregnancy I called him Daniel. Then, my water broke early and as I was being wheeled into labor and delivery I looked at my mom and said, his name isn't Daniel, it's Jonathan. And she was like, um ok? It wasn't even on my "Top 5" list...I just knew that was his name :)
I like Ryan Jordan as well, but I think Ryan Alan is a very nice name too!
