strep throat and a suction d/c now

So sorry you have to go through this Beverly. I m/c on January 27. I went in for my 12 week appt and they couldn't find a heartbeat. The baby was at 8 weeks. I know it is hard and only time will heal. I too, saw a picture of my baby on the monitor and I think that makes it even harder.
 I have never heard of strep throat causing a m/c but I am not a doctor or nurse. In my opinion I don't think the doctor should have said that to you after you m/c because it just will make you paranoid on your next pregnancy if you get sick again like that. My doctor told me that it was probably genetic and it is Gods way of taking care of it for us.

Good luck trying to concieve again. My OB said to start trying after my first cycle. So I am sure you will be able to as well

I'm so sorry, Beverly.  I too experienced a MC in Dec at 7w.  It is such a loss.  One thing that my fiance said to me that gave me such comfort is that when I was pregnant, that wasn't our child.  Because our child would still be with us.  Your child is still on his/her way to you and your family.  I pray you and your family can heal through this soon and that you can go back to TTC again.  Like Jana, my OB said I could try again after 1 full cycle after the mc was over.  

I am so sorry for your loss. Sometimes kids say just the things we need to hear, sounds like she's a very smart little girl.

My thoughts and Prayers are with you at this difficult time. My sister and I have both been in the same situation and the suction DNC allows you to heal faster and it also is less of a chance of causing any damanage from what I understand. XOXO
