Curtains and.....

Well we picked curtain material!! My mom is making the curtains!! It's kinda plaid, with white, pink and green. We liked it a lot. Not sure what wall color we're using, but there will be big, medium and small dots/circles in the pink and green on the wall!

Weird (possibly tmi) but my nipples are itchy!!! I'm sure that a ton of things are considered normal during pregnancy, but itchy nipples??? Really??? I've tried scratching but that hurts. I've tried lotions/creams but it doesn't help. Everything else is fine and if this is the worst thing so far, I'm ok. I just thought it was weird!

Thanks!!!!

Regarding the itchy nipples.....when your taking your shower or bath are you washing your breast with soap?  They say to avoid soap on the breast......Also, I'm not sure how far along you are....but maybe your milk is coming in and making them feel itchy?.......but who knows??  I hope you get relief soon!

I've never heard that!!! Never had a problem before, but I'll try without the soap there! I'm 20 weeks. Thank you!

Udder cream was my breasts' best friend throughout my pregnancy. My nipples were severly dry and itchy and that helped so much. I've hear that a very thick, unscented lotion is very good to help in relieving that.

Strangely, I actually have some udder cream because my hands crack so bad I was trying anything and everything to get them healed. Now neosporin and bandaids at night is all I can do. Super glue is what I used before I was pg. Suzy kept telling me to use the udder cream now, but I thought she was joking! I'll give it a try! Thanks!

Lansinoh is great for nipples now and if you are bf'ing...it is safe for the baby and comforting for you.  Hang in there!!

I started leaking the colostrum around week 18 and every time they are wanting to do it I find mine are itchy! Really weird, but it happens every day lol

My nipples were itchy too....I wear my bra all the time and I wear a VERY supportive sports bra to bed every night.  It keeps the ladies at bay. LOL  Hope you figure out a way to get comfortable!
