Upset baby issues - sleepy, hungry, in pain - I don't know!

I'm going crazy here trying to figure my baby out. She's almost 10 months old and usually she gets difficult when she's sick but she's not sick right now (at least that I know of). She is not a good napper, if we can get in two 30-45 minute naps a day, we are doing well. The acting upset is happening in the evenings from around the time I get off of wor****il I can finally get her to sleep around 9 or 9:30pm. She has been crying a lot and wanting me, so I pick her up and she's still not happy. She'll throw a fit in my arms, so I'll put her down on the floor with her toys and she'll start crying and pull herself up to me so I'll pick her up again. This is full blown crying, not just wining, serious tears. I try feeding her and she's usually ok when she's in her hairchair eating, but then when she's done and I take her out and set her down, she'll start this again. So I try giving her a bottle, she plays with it and takes a sip, spits it out and throws it on the floor. I try rocking her to sleep and she's screaming her head off. I finally just put her in her crib and thought I'd let her cry it out (even though I am not a person for that). I let her scream her head off for 15 minutes! I felt horrible and went in and picked her up. She's not running a fever, she doesn't cough, no runny nose, she's pooping fine. I can't feel any new teeth starting to come in. I really am at my wits end. Any advice? She's been doing this for about 3 days. I'm ready to take her to the doctor, but I feel stupid if it's really nothing, just an angry baby.

I would take her to the doctor, it might be an ear infection... could be teeth, could just be nothing. But I would take her. something is up especially since she's not taking her bottle.

I thought ear infection at first too, but she's not running a fever and then once she actually falls asleep she's out until morning. Do you know if they always have a fever with an ear infection?

My little girl just got over a double ear infections and didnt run any fever. She wasnt acting herself and was fussy which isnt her.  She would sleep through the night also during this time.  I felt crazy for taking her to the dr but once we found out I was so glad we took her.

Does she stop crying if you give her Tylenol? It could be teething. My daughter cries like there is no tomorrow when she is teething and nothing helps as much as Tylenol during those times when she's in so much pain.

I gave her tylenol once and it seemed to help cause she crashed after that, but then again she was sleeping right next to me in my bed.

if its not an ear infection... sounds like to me shes beyond exhausted at this point... and 930 for bed time esp if shes only getting at most 1.5 hours of sleep during the day.. is to late for bed time... good luck.
