How Do I Calculate My Next Period Is Due?

My Last Period on the nuva ring was March 12,discountinued the ring after that. I then got bleeding on March 23 for about 3 days.  Now I have no idea when my next period is due. Which date do I go off of to calculate it? Thanks Ladies!

neither... i would skip counting this cycle.. and wait until your next period... i think stopping it in the middle forced a fake period... buy i could be worng

I agree with Lexa. Wait until your next cycle. My OB gave me this advice though. Have intercourse on the 10th, 12th, 14th, 15th, and 16th day after your period has begun. Every other day and every day after the 14th for a couple of days.  So if you started on March 23rd...start on April 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th. It also depends on how many days apart your cycle usually is. If it's every 28 days then you will probably start ovulating on the 14th day after your period has started.
