i would go for 12 an hour or 120 a week... i pay my sil 150 a week for 3 days.. from 615 am -330pm.. and i dont tax her.. we provide them with food for the kids.. and she stays home with them.. plus they take 3 hour naps.. if she is traveling with them i give her gas money..but anything other then what you described ( like a dinner date) wouldnt be included in the 120 a week... honestly i would go with a weekly rate over an hourly

$80 to $100 a week and they fill your gas tank up once a week. That seems fair to me - or use their car.
