Mirana IUD

ive never had the IUD but my best friend just found out she was pregnant and she is on the IUD. she's had it for almost 3 years

my very first iud perforated my uterine wall, it had to be romoved and 6 weeks later i got another. I kept that one 5 years then got a new one right away without waiting a cycle. after 1 year it came out. I started bleeding and didnt stop for 46 days and had to have a blood transfusion..... i liked it while it was in and working but i doubt ill ever have another put in

 I had one for 5 years, the only "problem" was that my strings got lost so it made it a bit harder to remove. I had a new one put in 8 weeks after my son was born. Had a bit of spotting with it off and on for the first 3 months, but now back to "normal" - which for me is no period at all while I have it in. I love it!
