That's how I was for the 2 weeks before I knew I was pregnant with my daughter!  I had a 12 year old, and at that point had ABSOLUTELY no idea I was even remotely pregnant.  I just knew for that 2 week period I was completely, absolutely starving!!!!  I was doing weigh****chers at the time and was having a VERY difficult time trying to keep at my point level because I was SO,SO hungrey all of a sudden all of the time!!!! 

Like the others said, give it a week or two, the nausea will give in...

first if you are lucky you will never have the nausea.  When I was pregnant with my son,  no nausea the whole time. 

And your body is telling you to eat so eat but eat healthy for your little one.  :-)

I'm almost 13 weeks and even though I get raging nausea from time to time, I had it in me to eat 2 lunches today. A lean cuisine at noon and a california roll at 2:30. Go figure.
