Callen- boy or girl?

When you see/hear the name Callen or Callan, do you think of a boy or girl name off the top of your head?
I like that name but am getting mixed responses from online searching.
Never thought I's be picking out a BOY name :)

Is it weird that I think more boy when I see it spelled Callan vs Callen?

Strikes me as masculine...is it pronounced like Colin?

Sounds boy to me and a very nice name.

I definitely think boy right away. Very cute name Chelle. As opposed to a pp, I think Callan is a more feminine way to spell it if you were to use it for a girls name, and Callen more for boy. But that's just my personal opinion. Congrats on TeamBlue and good luck with the name game!

Boys names are tough!!! I had about 6000 girl names I loved, but wow ya boys names were tough for me to pick!
