OT: how do u incl a pic in a post?

I have a funny pic I took this am and want to share with you ladies... but how the heck do you do that???

I open OH in another window, upload the pic to my profile, then copy and paste it into the forum post (which is open in another window).

I use photobucket.com but it usually takes me about 10 tries to get it right!!

There has to be an easier way....
