Oh, the rude things people say!!!

Wow wtf red robin hostess I would have friggin flipped.  I was only 20 weeks pregnant and someone told me I was "HUGE!!!"  this was me at 20 weeks... I hardley look pregnant

You definitely don't look very pregnant...yeah, Red Robin hostess was SOOO out of line with that comment, I really couldn't believe it!

Some people truly need to replace the filter!! I would have totally went off on the Red Robin lady!! When we were having #4 I wanted to buy a shirt that said "YES AGAIN!"  We started our family in our 30's so we had our first 3 pretty quickly and then had a m/c and a hard time getting preg. with #4 and had to use Metformin and Clomid...she is a blessing!! BACK OFF CRAZY people!!! 

If you really want to mess with strangers, the next time someone make a stupid comment about your belly size/pregnancy, just respond- "I'm not pregnant"... it shuts them up FAST.


I used that line on a crazy guy at Target who made a comment about how he'd catch the baby if I went into labor in the check out line (I was HUGE and 40 wks VERY obviously pegnant).... the look on his face way priceless.... hopefully he'll think twice before harassing other pregnant ladies.

I had one the other day. A coworker shouts across the nurses desk during change of shift "Renee you are getting fat!!!" I gave such a death glare but she was clueless! She continued on with when are you having that baby anyway?!

Of course I got upset about the oppsite too... One coworker says you havent gained any weight! You look just the same as before you were pregnant. She didn't mean it to be upsetting.. But umm.. I have gained like 20 lbs all in my stomach. Did I look like a fat pregnant chick before?! La sigh.

UGH, ppl are SO STINKIN RUDE!!!!

I have decided to continue to embrace my beautiful baby bump because I am thankful, blessed, and darn proud of my bump and my beautiful miracle baby within it..so screw everyone and their opinions...BOO YAH! ;-)

OMG you are beautiful!!  And I love baby bumps, yours is too cute!! Congrats!

just sharing a story - -
I was at a function on Friday with "friends" who basically ridiculed a very pregnant woman who was there - for all we know, she was 42 weeks, or even pregnant with multiples - or maybe - God forbid - she'd put on a bit more weight than the "norm".

I live in LA and am surrounded by people like this and I truly felt sick to my stomach when they were talking like that. One is a CEO of a very large company and another is a FBI Agent -  head of department. It's been on my mind ever since. (neitherof them knew me 100lb heavier). I didn't raise the issue there and then but I do intend to. -

The things people say alright, to your face and behind your back. Maybe it's my hormones, but I'm still stewing over their comments.- I just needed a few days to calm down.

psI am going to go with the"not pregnant" comment next time someone thinks it's ok to comment on me. hahahahah
