Thank you Hollywog for your post. I was not going to entertain Chelle's rude post because she made no sense whatsoever to me. First of all, I will admit that I am a worrier and yes I have come to the forum to ask a bunch of different questions because of my worrying ways. I got pregnant 3 weeks out and that had me very scared so I came to the forum for support. However, I have NEVER demanded anyone to answer my questions. Secondly, I come to the forum alot of times using my phone so I cannot always come back and thank each and every person that gives me advice because my phone is just a phone and not a pc. Thirdly, as far as gloating....I have no idea where that comment came from! All I said was that I am having a girl. I see many posts from others stating their children's genders so I thought that I would come and do the same. Lastly, I would just like to state that I do eat junk sometimes. I guess that I crave it because I am pregnant. I see nothing wrong with eating it in moderation. This is my body and I can do what I want with it. I stated that on a PERSONAL blog that Chelle went and read (mind you she is not even my friend on OH) and tried to use to attack me. No one can judge me!

I asked for no advice whatsoever on this post so I felt that her comment was rude and a low blow. My baby is doing great! I take my vits everyday and I follow my OB's rules to the best of my abilities.  I have never used this forum to attack anyone or make anyone feel bad about what they have posted. Chelle was out of line....period!

For what it's worth...I don't think you're out of line on your posts.  It may be just me, but when I reply to someone's post, it's plain and simply because someone held their hand up and said, 'I need help.' Help can come in many forms....a hug telling you things will be all right, advice on what foods/vits to take, what to tell your ob/gyn, what to expect in your pregnancy, or even the occasionally virtual ass-kicking.  My posts and/or replies do not come with a string attached saying you must acknowledge me, thank me, update me...or even tell me to **** off.  They're given freely to do with as you see fit.

I knew you were a worrier...I recognized the signs.  LOL - Unfortunately, I think it's genetic and there's no getting around it.  DH is a worrier and if he can't find something to worry about, he'll worry he's forgetting something.  You just need to keep it in check and remind yourself that you need to worry what you can do something about...and trust in God to take care of the rest.  If worrying will fix it, worry...if worrying's not going to fix it, let it go.

Re eating junk...all of us eat junk.  Some more so than others, but it happens.  I don't know about you, but I got my fat ass naturally.  I'm a happy couch potatoe who loves junk.  I love it a lot less now...and don't eat it near as often...but it's still my best friend when I'm stressed (and I am NOT a worrier at all...so it has to be bad for me to be stressed.  I make my worry wart DH crazy b/c I don't worry).  You can try to curb some of that by a) not keeping junk handy...in the house or at work or in the car.  b) If you HAVE to have something (say Oreos...I'm just making something up), only buy a single serving package...don't keep the whole back in the house, because then that devil on your shoulder will tell you that you can have one every time you walk through the kitchen...then he'll find a reason for you to walk through the kitchen about 30-40 times; and c) find some healthy snacks that you can eat and stock up on them.  If they come in larger packages, re-package them into serving sizes (your WLS size serving sizes, not the 'package' size which will likely be too big) and put them in the cabinet...not on it.  That devil will convince you that even healthy snacks can be eaten at will.

Anyways...don't write everyone off on this forum based on negative responses from a few.  There are a lot of supportive people here who can and will answer your questions w/o judging the cir****tances and timing of your pregnancy.  I'm sure you, more than any of us, know by now the potential hazards and difficulties of an early out pregnancy, and at this point, there's nothing you can do but try to take care of you and your little one, keep on the dr to do your blood work regularly, take your vits and try to eat healthy.  Try to do what my son does - he just lost a ton of weight on his own:  Each night, he dishes up his break, lunch and dinner, as well as his snacks.  He knows the night before exactly what he's going to eat the next day.  You can figure out what you're going to eat...then break it into 6-8 small meals throughout the day. That way you know you have your protein selected, as well as your healthy carbs, fruits/veggies and water.

Best wishes.

this post is what honestly what makes me think this is all BS.  Who in their right mind would write this.  The LAST thing on my mind would be to "one up the girl on obesity help" it would be the health of my baby.  period.
