Yanno, that's great and all but maybe this is my hormonal pregnancy side talking...
You only have these random drive-by posts with hysterical questions that you demand answers to ASAP. You never come back and acknowledge any advice or support we have given you. You admit you got pregnant 3 weeks out and haven't the slightest clue what you or your dr should be doing. I just read your blog about how thrilled you are to have lost 100 lbs in 4 months and continue to eat garbage. Apparently this was your first and only ultrasound. Is your baby growing on track? Is she healthy? The point of an anatomy scan was to check for growth and development....not to find out gender.
There are ladies here who post regularly and support others when they need help. Some of them are having WLS medical issues or their babies are not growing enough. Since you only sail by when you want answers or need to gloat....don't be surprised if your post does not get a ton of replies.

I wasn't going to entertain your ignorant reply but since u had the audacity to post that bull**** I will. This is a public forum so no one is obligated to read or respond to anyone else's posts. I post what I want and I respond to what I want. Who the hell are u to question me? Now take your obviously crazy ass far away from my post.

Thanks to everyone else for the well wishes.

Ouch.  To a certain degree, I understand what you're saying here Chelle...but I have to say...it really is up to the OP to participate on this board - or not - as much as she wants.  I went back and looked at her posting history, and it does appear that she's a worrier.  There's nothing wrong with that per se - it's just the way she's wired - and I'm sure you'll admit she has reason to worry because of getting pg so early out.  Being married to a worrier myself...no matter what advice we give her, she's going to be stressed and worried. It's something she's got to learn to deal with.  The best we can do is try to alleviate some of those worries.  If we get a thanks or acknowledgement for that help, that's fine...and if not, that's fine too.  If it helps her deal with the stress/worry by asking questions here, I don't see the harm in that.

I have not seen the blog you referred to.  That said...I presume she had surgery to lose weight, so losing weight is an exciting thing.  Yes, the OP is pregnant while losing...but at her current weight, she does not need to gain a huge amount of weight (if any) while pregnant (pre-WLS, my dr got onto me for gaining 16 pounds w/my son...and he was an almost 10 pound baby!).  She definitely does need to work with a nutritionist and her drs to ensure the baby's getting what she needs, and she needs to take her vits...but she doesn't have to aim to gain weight.  Realistically, it is highly unlikely that the OP would GAIN weight and very likely that she will LOSE weight during this pregnancy due to being three weeks out from surgery when she got pregnant.  Remember, the baby will get what she needs.  If there are any deficiencies, the OP will be the one not getting what she needs.  She's indicated she is taking her vits, so hopefully she won't be too deficient herself.  Could she make better food choices (I'm going off what you said was on her blog)?  Probably...but so could so many others who are pregnant, whether early out or not.

I don't know where the gloating commment comes from...but maybe I'm missing something in the unseen blog.  I see posts that she's pregnant, questions about the doppler, dr appts, congrats to and commisserations with others, but I don't see gloating.  To me gloating is sort of,  'nanny-nanny-boo-boo, I've got something you don't have!' and since so many women here have something I - and many others - don't have (a healthy pregnancy)...if i were to say the OP was gloating, I'd have to say others were too...and they're not...they're simply celebrating a happy event in their lives.

I'm not bashing you at all Chelle (or at least I'm not trying to) - I do like you and enjoy your posts most of the time.  This particular one stings though; maybe it's meant as a 'reality slap,' but if it is...it's a stinging one.
