Labor - your experience
Tell me what it feels like.
Yes, I have a 2yo. However, I didn't experience "true" labor with him. Basically I had BH contractions & went to the hospital early & they kept me & induced.
Right now I feel like I've done Jillian Michaels workouts back to back (my abs are so sore!) And I can't decide if I need to pee or poop or what. Gah! And yes, my belly is getting hard. No, I've not timed them, but yes, they have gotten more frequent through the day.
I'm going to say these contractions are caused by my being on my feet all day, so I'm gonna drink some Gatorade & lay down, but I still want to know others' experiences.
TIA!

Hey neighbor!!! How are things going?? I delivered my little boy on Sunday, February 27th. :) Grand Strand was by far the WORST hospital experience I ever had unfortunately :(
As for the labor part- I was in pre-term labor for about 4 days before the contractions seemed to be closer. Went in Saturday because my lower back was extremely sore and everyone was warning me that I could be having back labor. I was scheduled to be induced March 1st too, but we obviously didn't get there. The only pain I felt was entirely in my lower back. I had 100% back labor and never felt a contraction myself. They induced me on 3 seperate occasions over the 29 hours, but the only thing that was bad was the second round of pitocin before my epi. The pressure in my low back was EXTREME!! So, I'm sorry I can't be much help, but I had to say hello!! :)
Dr. Markley was my dr and she did my C-section. She was terrific tho! :)
