measured 33 weeks instead of 29?

Had my monthly checkup today and Dr. said I was measuring 33 weeks instead of 29? 

She said it could be due to excess amnio fluid, baby being big, her measurement was off or my due date is off. 

Have ultrasound scheduled for 4/1.  I always felt I was further along then what they told me, but not by that much.

Anyone have this happen to them?

I almsot constantly measured ahead from week 28 on. They sent me for a growth check ultrasound too at 31 weeks and everything was fine and he was on the smaller side. I think that I had a lot more amnio fluid because let me tell you when they broke my water in the hospital- it felt like there was SOOO much coming out and my stomach almost instantly deflated. My measurements leveled off around 36 weeks and I was measuring on again...I don't think it's something to get overly concerned about. My baby was perfectly healthy and was a good weight at 7lbs 3oz and was 20.5in long- not too big and not too small for me :)  He was a bit on the longer side too!

Hope that helps some! :) Oh and if they tell you some bs like his femurs are measuring short- please, please don't get overly excited as they told me this and it made me almost crazy thinking and rethinking it. And they said he would have short legs- yaaaa- NOT!!!

I measured 4 wks over when I went for my appt before this past one I went to, but when I went to the recent one, he measured where he was supposed to..nothing to be concerned about :)

Take it and go with it as my Ob tells me a good sign when we have had gastric-bypass.I'm 20 weeks today and measuring 281/2 weeks.They are re weighting and measuring my babies again Friday to make sure Im 20 weeks thats a two month which would make me 7 months.

I am having twins I dont know if that make much of a difference.
